Frank has a degree in Hospitality from a leading New York university, and served in U.S. Army Special Operations on active duty receiving several distinguished awards for Valor including a Presidential Unit Citation.
Frank's passion for excellence in conjunction with his Military Service and Contracting experience allow him to provide outstanding performance and quality service to his clients, both private and Federal.
